The confirmation text and email you Through My SQUARE Booking system after booking your
appointment will contain a link that offers access to your future appointments. This link is also
sent to you again with the confirmation and reminder communications. Please follow that link
to RESCHEDULE or click MORE and find the option to CANCEL the appointment you don't want.
HOWEVER, the Cancellation and/or NO-SHOW policy (possible fees) will likely still apply. Please
see that information below under "what is your Cancellation/NO show policy?"
Notice - By registering your credit card and booking you agree to the following policies for the
cancellation, no-show, deposit & credit card POLICIES! PLEASE READ —->
* We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment. A cancellation within 24 hours will result in 100% of the reserved service fee. If canceled less than 24-hour notice, 50% of treatment will be charged.
* In the case of a late cancellation or no-show, & the client's card on file is unable to process the late cancellation fee or no-show fee, the card will be tried until the amount clears. If the amount never clears, the client will be billed & unable to book in the future.
* Missed appointments or no-call/no-shows will result in a charge in the full 100% amount of the service amount booked. To reiterate, you will automatically be charged 100% of your service total on a no-show regardless of if you rebook or not.
* Clients that have had THREE late cancellations, will be considered a CASH ONLY client. Booked services will need to be paid upon arrival before service is rendered. Then if there is another late cancellation, client will be unable to have any future booking privileges.
* Illnesses: Please contact us to reschedule your appointment if you are sick. We work in such a close proximity to our clients, illnesses can easily be transferred. If you have a cold, we may ask that you wear a mask. If you are severely symptomatic, we may require you to reschedule.
* All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment, and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.
* If you no-show on a lower-priced promo - you forfeit being able to book that particular promo lower price again.
* Also, the credit card company that is used by this business charges a 2.5% fee on every transaction for the convenience of using your card. This fee applies to the cancellation and no-show fee and all card transactions.
* Service and Product pricing is subject to change without prior notice. Due to scheduling commitments of this business & clients schedules, we hope you understand and have a mutual respect for these policies. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Your Gift Card will be kept on file online with Square, you can schedule a GIFT CARD pick up if
you desire to purchase in person and have a physical card to gift to another, or arrangements
can be made to mail the physical gift card where you specify.
